This week, summer concert goers of all types were delivered with exciting news about the upcoming touring season. One of the biggest announcements of the week came from the hit country band, the Rascal Flatts. These country superstars revealed this week that they will be adding tailgating events to their current schedule of stops on their “Live and Loud” tour. Each market that they visit for this tour will now include a special tailgating event before the concert starts just for the fans of the group. The tour, which is slated to kick off on May 31st and that will include support from the group The Band Berry and Cassandee Pope, is slated to visit numerous big venues in the United States before visiting Europe for a second leg. Now before each event, concertgoers will be able to enjoy tailgating events and activities from the @FarmersFans Zone. Tickets for the concert and these tailgating events are on sale now and available to the public.
In other concert news, Peter Frampton, he legendary guitarist has made his own announcement about his upcoming summer tour plans. The guitarist will be spending most of the summer on his own North American tour, which is slated to kick off next week. Frampton has just announced that on this tour, called the ‘Peter Frampton’s’ Guitar Circus” tour, there will also be a number of special guests that will be participating in the event. The concert will be kicking off on May 28th in Nashville at the Ryman Auditorium and will keep Frampton on the road throughout most of the year. Finally country star Alan Jackson has made his own major announcement as he revealed that he will be taking the road this summer for a new tour. After announcing plans for the tour weeks ago, the Grammy award winning country artist has just revealed even more dates for his “Precious Memories” tour in North America. This tour will kick off on July 17th and will keep the artist on the road throughout most of the summer.
