This week, the official lineup for the Sweetlife Festival was released to the public, getting concert fans of all types excited for the upcoming festival season. The festival is being sponsored by Sweetgreen; a chain of organic food stores, who hosts the concert every year in Maryland. This year, according to the announcement, the lineup will include headliners such as Foster the People, Lana Del Ray, Bastille, 2 Chainz and Fitz and the Tantrums. Other supporting acts will also be performing on stage during the one day festival. This year’s festival will be taking place on May 10th and once again will be held at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland. In addition to featuring big name concert performer, the festival also features plenty of food delights. Tickets are on sale now and available to the public for those who want to see all of this concert action live and in person.
However, one of the biggest announcements of the week came from the incomparable pop superstar, Justin Timberlake. The music icon revealed plans to add even more stops to his current sold out world tour event. The singer revealed he will be expanding his world tour, which has already been extended, to keep the singer on the road throughout the summer. The newly expanded tour stops will include concerts both in North American and abroad. WIth these new stops, Timberlake will be visiting Boston, Montreal, Glendale, Arizona and other locations across the continent.
According to the singer’s current schedule, he will be heading to Europe at the end of March before arriving back stateside in July. From there he will continue touring around North America, before wrapping up the tour in mid-August with a final stop in Los Angeles. During the tour, fans can expect to hear some of the biggest hit singles from the singer’s long and successful career in the industry. The tour will also feature some of the new releases from Timberlake’s dual releases from last year.
