On the Run Tour: Beyoncé and Jay-Z
By David Jacobs | June 16th, 2014

Beyoncé and Jay-Z are unstoppable – literally. Beyoncé just wrapped up her almost year-long 132-date Mrs. Carter Show World Tour this past March while Jay-Z completed his 52-date Magna Carter World Tour this past January. Their 16-city On the Run Summer Tour kicks off on June 25th at Miami’s Sun Life Stadium and will include concerts in both the U.S. and Canada before wrapping up on August 5th at AT&T Park in San Francisco. European tour dates to follow in September, starting in Paris.

On The Run Tour 2

Rumor has it Beyoncé has been putting in several extra hours of rehearsal time for the summer tour and if history and reputation can tell us anything about Beyoncé’s concerts, she will not leave her fans disappointed. In addition to her stunning beauty that captivates anyone that looks at her to having incredible wardrobe changes throughout her performances, Beyoncé delivers amazing choreography, powerful vocal chords, and non-stop entertainment with little to no breaks. Fans describe being brought to tears one minute, then laughing the next minute, all while being mesmerized by Beyoncé’s amazing character that seems to shine through even from on-stage.

Below one of her more recent Instagram pictures of behind-the-scenes rehearsing for the On the Run Tour, Beyoncé wrote, “I feel like the luckiest girl to hold a microphone. I’m grateful to be able to do what I love. Thank you. I love you.” Beyoncé’s last tour was one of the top-grossing tours ever…and we can’t wait to see what this summer tour will deliver. It may be short and sweet but when you combine this power couple and a summer tour, we know they will bring it. “Partna, partna, let me upgrade ya’.” It’s simply magic in the making.
