This week, Grammy award winning singer Patty Griffin announced that she will be heading out on the road to perform across the Western US this fall. The singer will be joined on stage with Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter John Fullbright. The two will each be performing full sets which include songs from their latest albums. The pair will start their fall outing with a performance on October 15th in Lubbock, Texas. From there they will head to 14 additional major markets which include a show on October 23rd in Vancouver. During these performances the two singers will be delivering intimate theater shows that allow fans with the unique ability to get up close and personal with the two singers. Other major stops along the way include shows in Denver, Boise, Seattle, Salt Lake City and more. Tickets are on sale now and available to the public for those looking to see the two performer live.
However, one of the biggest announcements of the week came from Brantley Gilbert. The singer announced that he will be spending the latter part of the summer kicking off the second leg of his tour, called the “Let It Ride Tour.” This tour effort will be supporting his recently released third record “Just as I Am.” The Georgia native will start this new leg of his tour on September 19th in Austin, Texas. The new leg of the arena tour will feature 23 different stops scattered from coast to coast. This tour will also include a stop on December 6th in Pikeville, KY which will wrap up this leg of the tour. During these shows, fans can expect to hear some of the singer’s biggest songs to date as well as some of his most recent hits all performed live. Singer Chase Bryant will be providing opening act support to the shows while Aaron Lewis and Tyler Farr will be splitting additional opening act responsibilities.
