Fleetwood Mac and Michael Franti Tour News
By David Jacobs | October 17th, 2014

This week there were many exciting new announcements regarding some of the biggest acts in music today. One of the first big announcements came from Michael Franti. The legendary rocker revealed that he will be heading out on the road for his first ever acoustic tour. This new tour will feature acoustic covers of some of the musician’s biggest songs to date. The tour kicks off this week with an October 6th performance in Santa Cruz, California. From there the rocker will head out to 14 different cities across the United States and Canada. Tickets are on sale now for this intimate new opportunity to see the guitarist play live.

This week one of the biggest announcements was from the iconic rock band Fleetwood Mac. The group is reuniting and has just kicked off their upcoming tour called the “On with the Show” tour. This will be the first trek for the band with all five original members in 16 years. The tour kicked off on September 30th in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The group will stay on the road for nearly three months. Tickets to remaining shows are still available now for fans looking to see the group perform live in this unique concert event. Finally, one of the biggest announcements of the week came from pop superstar Ariana Grande. The petite singer has had a majorly successful year, with several chart-topping hits to her name already. Now the singer will be heading out for her first ever headlining tour. This is the first time the singer will be headlining a tour across North America. The 21-year-old will be calling this new tour the “Honeymoon Tour.” It will officially kick off on February 25th in Independence, MO and from there the singer will be visiting 24 different shows in 24 major markets. The current schedule for the tour will include a two-night stop in Madison Square Garden on March 20th-21st. The singer will wrap up her tour in Vancouver, British Columbia, on April 16th. Tickets will go on sale before the end of the year for those looking to see Grande take the stage in 2015. Will you be seeing the pop singer perform live on her new tour?
