Miley Cyrus And Michael Buble Tour News

After much controversy surrounding her current Bangerz Tour, Miley Cyrus has revealed her plans regarding her missed concerts. The singer recently called an early end to the domestic leg of her tour after suffering from an allergic reaction that left her hospitalized for days. The 21 year old singer announced that she has postponed the remainder of her concert dates in the United States, but has already started to reschedule shows. Currently, several shows have been rescheduled for August. There are a handful of dates on the tour that have been cancelled altogether, including shows in Kansas City, St. Louis and Charlotte. The European leg of the tour will remain the same. So far, new shows have been rescheduled for August 4th in Pittsburgh and August 14th in Chicago. More rescheduled shows are expected to be announced in the coming months. Tickets for these newly rescheduled concerts are on sale now and available to the public and those who had their show cancelled.

Spring Time Theater Time

This week, there were several major announcements regarding big Broadway and touring productions. Theater fans will be delighted to hear that these productions will officially be opening to the public, just in time for spring. One of the first big announcements came regarding the new national tour for the production Dirty Dancing. This production is an adaptation of the 1987 hit film of the same name. The show will be launching its national tour this summer, starting with a show in Washington, D.C. The show will be premiering at The National Theatre on August 26th before touring across the country to 30 different markets in North America. Stops along the way include shows in Houston, Boston, Seattle and Ottawa. No other information on the tour has been revealed at this point. Tickets are expected to go on sale next month to the public.

Paul McCartney, Ed Sheeran, Kings Of Leon and More

This week the Minnesota Twins baseball team made the official announcement for their new Target Field concert. While many expected Billy Joel to take on the role of lead performer for the concert, fans were pleasantly surprised when it was revealed that Paul McCartney would be performing at the concert. This special concert will be supported by the baseball team and is annually the biggest event of the year for Minnesota fans. Those who are looking to see the special outdoor concert event, will find that tickets are on sale now.

Ed Sheeran also made a major announcement last week, revealing that he will be heading out on a new North American arena tour. This tour outing will start on August 22nd in Seattle, Washington. From there the singer will make 15 different stops in cities across the country including stops in Boston and Chicago, as well as other major markets. This tour will come after Sheeran wraps up his highly successful European outing. Sheeran has already had a successful year, including a tour with Taylor Swift and an appearance on Saturday Night Live. More dates are expected to be announced later this month. Tickets for this new outing go on sale on April 25th to the public.

Broadway In The Spring

This week there were many major announcements about upcoming Broadway shows as the new season gets underway. One of the biggest trends in the world of Broadway has been massive show revivals of some of the most beloved plays in the history of live theater. One of the most talked about revivals has been of Romeo and Juliet. The production stars film actor Orlando Bloom along with Condola Rashad. However, this isn’t the only iconic play revival that is starring a major movie star. This week, the new production of Of Mice and Men, opened on the Broadway stage.

This production follows the infamous story that unfolds in the Great Depression and stars James Franco and Chris O’Dowd who play George Milton and Lennie Small. The play also brings television and movie star Leighton Meester to the stage, in her role as Curley’s wife. The production experienced positive reviews during their previews and opened this week to an outstanding turnout of supporters. Austin Mahone + Jay Z and Beyonce Tour

This week Austin Mahone revealed that he will be heading out on a new tour following the release of his debut album called The Secret. The popular singer will kick off the new tour on July 25th in his hometown of San Antonio, Texas. During the outing, he will be joined on stage by several performers including special guests Fifth Harmony, The Vamps, Alex Angelo and Shawn Mendes. The tour will keep the performer on the road through September and will feature stops in LA, Nashville and Toronto among others. Tickets are on sale now and available to the public for fans looking to see the performer lives on stage.

This week it was revealed that new dates have been added for the official “Nashville” tour event. The tour which features some of the famous performers from the ABC show will be bringing the show’s stars to some of the biggest venues in the country. After the first few shows from the first ever event wet on sale April 4th, only to sell out in minutes, more dates have been added to the outing. The concert will have another date in Philadelphia, after selling out their first event, now playing on May 5th at the Tower Theater. Tickets go on sale for this concert on April 19th. Other shows in Chicago, DC and NYC have all sold out as well and even more new shows are expected to be added soon.

After heading out on a month-long European tour event, the infamous rock group ZZ Top made an announcement about their upcoming plan for a new co-headlining tour. The band will join forces together with Jeff Beck for a new tour event that will bring the rockers to some of the biggest markets in North America. The two classic acts will divide up each evening and perform their own concert sets before they join up at the end of the evening for an exciting collaborative finale performance. This one of a kind tour event will have both of the performers treating fans to performances of their biggest hits to date as well as some new live performances.

Steely Dan and Zac Brown Band News

This week the Zac Brown Band revealed that they will be adding a second show to their massive Fenway Park event. The group revealed that they will be adding a second Boston date to their tour after selling out the massive venue in just minutes. This makes the group only the second country act to sell out the 37,000 seat ballpark. The rock/country group will then head out to several other tour stops throughout the spring and summer that will take them around the United States. This includes stops in Lincoln, NE on May 24th and 20 additional shows in major amphitheaters around the country. The second Fenway Park concert is scheduled for June 27th. Tickets for these and other shows for the group are on sale now to the public.

This week one of the biggest announcements of the week came from Steely Dan. The group revealed that they will be heading out on a new tour event that will officially kick off this summer. The tour will start in Portland, Oregon on July 2nd, and will be called the “Jamalot Ever After Tour.” After kicking off this July, the rockers will head out on the road to 47 different stops throughout the United States and Canada. During this outing, the band will be performing some of their biggest hits to date as well as some of their latest recordings. The duo, who has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, is planning on delivering fans with live performances of what have been some of their most popular songs.

Last week, country superstar Jason Aldean made a stop during his tour event to perform at the March Madness Music Festival. However, the award-winning performer has revealed that he is pushing forward with his domestic tour, starting with his next performance on April 13th at the Country Thunder in Florence, Arizona. Thanks to the tremendous success of his current outing, the singer has also added a handful of additional tour stops to his current jaunt, as he brings his high energy performance style to more fans from around the globe.

According to his announcement, the singer will be stopping on June 6th for an appearance at the CMA Music Festival in Nashville. Then the singer will be heading to Country on the River in Wisconsin and finally headlining a new concert event in Toronto, Ontario on August 28th. These dates and others along the tour schedule feature special performances from hit artists, including Miranda Lambert, Florida Georgia Line and Tyler Farr. With the summer concert tour season coming ahead, there have been several announcements regarding the plans for upcoming tours. One of the big announcements of the week came from singer and performer Justin Timberlake. The platinum selling pop artist revealed that he will be expanding his current highly successful tour as he widens his “20/20 Experience” outing. After months on the road, the singer has revealed the addition of an Australian leg of the tour along with another round of arena stops throughout the United States. When Timberlake made the announcement he revealed he would be adding six sops throughout Australia, as well as an additional 14 tour stops in North America. The new leg starts on November 20th with a show in Portland, Oregon. From there, Timberlake will continue on and finish the rest of the tour, staying on the road until his final tour stop in Duluth, Georgia. Tickets are on sale now for the newly announced stops along the 20/20 Experience outing for those who are looking to see Timberlake take the stage live.

This week, there were several major announcements regarding upcoming tour outings, beginning with an announcement from hit singer Robyn. The long time performer revealed she will be heading out on the road this summer with the Swedish group Royksopp. The two acts will join forces to tour around Europe and to head out on a short leg across the United States. This US outing will include stops in major markets such as Boston, New York and LA. During the European leg of the tour, the acts will be stopping in places such as England, Norway, Bacelona and more. Tickets for the US portion of the tour go on sale April 9th to the public for those looking to see these two high energy acts perform together live.
