Two of the biggest and most iconic rock bands in the history of the music industry, KISS and Def Leppard recently came together to make a major announcement regarding their upcoming tour plans. The two rock outfits revealed that they will be joining forces for a new upcoming North American tour in the summer of 2014. The tour will include stops in 42 different cities across the continent. This exciting new outing will bring the two rock bands together to perform both their own original sets and several collaborative performances as well. Some of the major stops along the tour will include concerts at The Forum in Los Angeles, the Target Center in Minneapolis and the Gexa Energy Pavilion in Dallas.
According to the announcement from the group regarding the new tour, this outing will begin on June 23rd in West Valley City, Utah. From there the groups will continue to some of the biggest markets in North America before wrapping up their tour on August 31st. The band made their tour announcement in March at the House of Blues in Los Angeles and tickets went on sale later in the month. The announcement event also included press conferences that were streamed live through the Live Nation website.
