This week, the rock outfit The Chariot announced that they will be heading out on their final tour as a group as the band announced their upcoming farewell tour. The ban made the decision to split up after more than ten years together, but first they will be heading out on a new touring event. The tour will be kicking off this fall on October 10th in Columbia, South Carolina. From there the band will head out for additional stops on their All’s Well That Ends Well Tour, before wrapping up the event in their home state of Georgia with a final performance in Atlanta on November 16th. In other live entertainment news, the Broadway world is being treated to a new treat this September with the upcoming release of the live production of “Big Fish.” This Broadway adaptation of the famed movie and film of the same name will be hitting theaters on September 6th. The book that this production is based off of was written by Daniel Wallace and the production will feature performances from Kate Baldwin and Sandra Bloom. The production will be playing at the Neil Simon Theatre. Tickets go on sale to the public now for those who want to see all of the action live.
