This week, hot off the heels of the celebration of his 50th performance in Las Vegas, Rod Stewart made an announcement revealing that he has extended his contract with The Colosseum at Caesars Palace for two more years. The iconic performer will begin the new two year stay starting this fall. Tickets to see these performances in Las Vegas are now on sale and available to the public.
In other news, award winning singer and songwriter Fiona Apple has just announced that she will be joining forces with songwriter Blake Mills for a new collaborative effort that will take the two artists on a three week long fall tour. The duo will kick off their US tour on October 3rd with a show in Portland, Oregon. The tour will be called “Anything We Want: An Evening with Fiona Apple and Blake Mills.” During the tour event the artists will be visiting 12 different cities and will wrap their tour up with a two night stay in Washington, DC on October 25th-26th. During this tour, each artist will not only play some of their biggest individual hits but they will also be performing some new collaborative singles as well. Tickets for this new tour event go on sale on August 2nd.
