Looks like fans of the 80′s girl group The Go-Go’s will have to wait to see their final farewell after all, as this summer’s Farewell Tour has been canceled. Change of heart? Band staying together? Nope… unfortunately, Go-Go’s guitarist Jane Wiedlin fell 20 feet during a hike near her home, and will now have to undergo knee surgery on her knee. With a long recovery in front of her, the Go-Go’s are regretfully canceling the tour, and all tickets will be refunded. (If you hold tickets, call us to find out who your contact is, and where you’ll need to send your tickets for the refund!)
According to the girls, they do hope to give their fans a Farewell Tour in the future, but it could be a while. Best of luck to Jane for a speedy recovery!
You’ve all heard it a million times… someone buys tickets second-hand and ends up the victim of fraud, holding tickets that are either fake or invalid. It’s a sad story, seen all too often. The guy on Craigslist or the girl standing outside the theater *looked* trustworthy, didn’t they? Problem is, there’s no accountability. Once you pay for the tickets, that person’s gone forever. Can’t report them, can’t reverse credit card charges, nothing.
And that story right there is the reason why we exist. We’re accountable for every sale we make. By choosing tickets from us, you’re buying not only tickets, but peace of mind, since we guarantee every sale. You’ll get what you ordered, in time for the event, and the tickets will be good, or you’ll get your money back – and unlike that guy on Craigslist, you know where to find us. You can call us directly at 1-866-353-5167, or you can email us using the contact form here. Or if social media’s more your thing, you can find us on Facebook and on Twitter!
We stand behind every sale we make, and that’s definitely not something you’ll get buying tickets last-minute on the street. Bookmark us and let us take care of your tickets next time you have a big night planned!
Basketball fans, the most exciting time of the season is here – the NBA Finals! Just like last year’s Finals, the Los Angeles Lakers will be representing the Western Conference, though the Eastern Conference will be represented by the Boston Celtics – their second trip to the Finals in three years. With the Lakers determined to retain the title, and the Celtics hoping to wrest it away, passions will be running extra high in the 2010 NBA Finals. Though there’s no way of knowing which team will win, it’s a safe bet that this series won’t disappoint, and tickets will be harder than ever to find. Grab your 2010 NBA Finals tickets while they last and experience history in the making!
Not sure whether a game will be played? Just hold onto the tickets and call us for return information, and you’ll receive a refund for unplayed games. You can feel secure buying from Coast to Coast!
U2 is amazing, they’re huge, they’re fabulous, they’re BIG – and they’re not coming to America this year.
Bono’s recent back problems, including compression of the sciatic nerve, a torn ligament and a herniated disc prompted a trip to the surgeon and a last-minute pull from the Glastonbury Music Festival in Europe, but the latest news takes it a bit further. Bono’s spinal surgery will require a minimum of 8 weeks to recover, meaning that U2′s North American tour, scheduled to hit US shores later this summer, will now be postponed until 2011.
We’re sad too. But hold onto your tickets, because they will be good for the new dates – and join us in wishing Bono a speedy and full recovery.
