Beginning over the weekend, the Broadway stage will be enjoying a number of new premiers that will bring fresh and exciting new productions to Broadway. One of the first premiers will be taking place Sunday November 11th, with the new premier of a highly anticipated Broadway preview of the biomusical Forever Dusty. This one-of-a-kind Broadway production focuses around the iconic voice of Dusty Springfield the late pop singer behind “Son of a Preacher Man,” and “You Don’t Have to Say You Love Me.” The singer will be at the center of this musical production about the soulful pop singer and will focus around her music and other iconic songs from the 1960s. expect songs from Springfield, Burt Bacharach and Carole King in this fun musical number who will be making its preview debut this week. Tickets are on sale now for the limited preview productions.

While the preview will be taking place for Forever Dusty, there are other productions who will have their official openings this week. On Monday November 12th, the debut of Emotional Creature will take place in New York City; from the mind of playwright and activist Eve Ensler. The show is based on the book of the same name also written by Ensler and the productions will be taking place at Pershing Square Signature Center.  Tickets are on sale now for this production which focuses on the growing pains associated with young girls growing up in different regions of the world.
