This is a musical rendition of the cult classic holiday film that follows the story of a Midwestern Christmas.

Even though the holidays are fast approaching, and many are ready to start enjoying their holiday breaks, the world of entertainment is still in full force and several big announcements were revealed from the entertainment world today. One of the first announcements came just in time for the holiday season as the professionals behind Madison Square Garden in new York City announced that on December 13th they would officially begin performances of the highly anticipated holiday production of Dr. Suess’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas. This is a limited time performance of the production and it will last through December 30th. With impressive pre-show ticket sales already through the roof, those who want tickets to see the production live will not want to wait as even the massive Madison Square Garden will not be able to hold all the fans that want to see this production live.

While happy, holiday centered news came from the streets of New York City, a more somber announcement was released this week for professional hockey fans. As millions of hockey fans from all over the country waited patiently for the return of the NHL hockey season with high hopes that they would be an early Christmas present with the announcement of the return of the NHL season; it was revealed today that the NHL lockout would continue. The league released an official announcement saying that games through December 30th would be cancelled as a result of new CBA results. There is no word on whether or not the league has plans for the season to return after the holidays or not.

While these two announcements have had fans of all types buzzing, there are very few announcements that have surpassed the buzz surrounded by the reveal from Justin Bieber this week. The teenage music icon officially announced 30 new concert tour dates for his 2013 nation-wide tour. The already sold out tour will be adding the stops to stretch the tour out through August of 2013. Those who want Justin Bieber tickets will be able to get tickets to the first 21 new shows on Friday December 15th while tickets to the remaining nine additional summer shows will go on sale Friday December 21st. These tickets are sure to sell out as fast as the rest of the concert tickets did; will you be getting yours?
