This week one of the biggest and most innovative rock concert events was revealed. It was announced that the Atoms for Peace Tour would be kicking off this year and that it will feature some of the biggest acts in rock n’ roll. The tour consists of a group of big rock members including Thom York, Flea from Red Hot Chili Peppers, Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich, Joey Waronker and Mauro Refosco.
Together these performers will be hitting the road as Atoms for Peace. This fall tour will contain several big stops including a stop on September 27th at the Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn. During this tour, both groups will be promoting new music from their latest albums as the Goo Goo Dolls released their album Magnetic on May 7th while Matchbox 20 released their latest album, North in late 2012.
